Patron ID Cards All drop-in patrons are required to purchase and scan a Patron ID Card when entering a City of Garland Recreation Center.  In order to obtain a card, a Patron ID Card Form must be filled out for each patron.  Valid ID and proof of residency must be provided for each patron.  Legal guardians must fill out and sign forms for patrons under the age of 18, provide valid ID, signature verification, and proof of residency.  Guardians may be required to prove guardianship.  Children under the age of 7 do not need a card, but must be accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older with a valid card.
