Garland, Texas - June 23, 2008 -- Garland Police are filling Capital Murder – Multi Persons on 19 year old James Broadnax and 19 year old Demarius Cummings for the murders of Matthew Butler and Stephen Swan that occurred in the early morning hours of June 19, 2008. A third person who was arrested with Broadnax and Cummings, 18 year old Lonnie Harris, has been released with no charges being filed against him. James Broadnax and Demarius Cummings are currently in the Dallas County Jail with a $1,000,000 bond on each one.
