February 21, 2008 -- Garland Police are looking for 62 year old Inocencio Rodriguez who has been missing since Wednesday afternoon around 1:00 pm.  Mr. Rodriguez suffers from diabetes and has some short term memory loss.  Mr. Rodriguez lives in the east part of Garland in the area of Highway 66 and Dairy road.  He is also known to walk as far as Rowlett usually using Highway 66 to get there.  Though Mr. Rodriguez does walk the area frequently it is uncommon for him to be gone for an extended period of time.  Mr. Rodriguez was last seen wearing a blue striped shirt, gray dress pants and sandals.
 
This is NOT a Silver Alert however police are concerned for Mr. Rodriguez’s safety and are asking for the publics help in locating him.  If anyone sees or knows where Inocencio Rodriguez is they are asked to call the Garland Police Department at 972-272-8477.
