I don't want my citation to appear on my driving record, what can I do?: If you qualify, you can request the driver safety course or deferred disposition. If you successfully complete the program the case will be dismissed and will not be reported to the Department of Public Safety (DPS) as a conviction. 3. How soon will I get a response to my online application?: You should receive a response to your request by the end of the next business days.

4. I need to make payment arrangements, how can I do that?: Complete a compliance application and submit to the court to review. You can complete the application online through the online services link.
